2 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or cauliflower rice)
-
1 cup roasted or steamed veggies (e.g., broccoli, carrots, bell peppers)
-
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
-
Prepare the Chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in the flour mixture until well-coated.
-
Fry the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
-
Make the Hot Honey Sauce: In the same skillet, add honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
-
Coat the Chicken: Return the chicken to the skillet and toss it in the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
-
Assemble the Bowls: Serve the honey-coated chicken over a bed of rice, adding your choice of veggies on the side. Drizzle with extra sauce, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges if desired.
