Ingredients

8 chicken drumsticks

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika
For Hot Honey Glaze:

⅓ cup honey
-
1–2 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

1 tbsp butter
-
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.

Season drumsticks with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through.

Simmer glaze ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until smooth and slightly thickened.

Brush or toss cooked drumsticks in hot honey glaze. Serve hot!
