Ingredients

  • 200g ladyfinger biscuits (savoiardi)

  • 1 cup espresso or strong coffee, cooled

  • Crushed pistachios (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Make the cream: Whip mascarpone, cream, pistachio paste, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Layer it up: Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer in a dish. Spread a layer of pistachio cream. Repeat.

  3. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  4. Serve: Top with crushed pistachios before serving.
