Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional, for brightness)

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)


Instructions

  • Sauté garlic: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.

  • Add cream: Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Add cheese & seasoning: Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until thickened.

  • Finish: Stir in lemon juice for a fresh touch (optional). Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.

  • Serve: Drizzle over grilled chicken bites or serve as a dip on the side.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
