Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions

Sauté garlic: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.

Add cream: Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Add cheese & seasoning: Stir in Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until thickened.

Finish: Stir in lemon juice for a fresh touch (optional). Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.

Serve: Drizzle over grilled chicken bites or serve as a dip on the side.
