HUGE BACON CHEESEBURGER BURRITO: A Flavor Explosion!

  • Author: amelia
  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 large burritos 1x

Description

This Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito takes all the classic flavors of a juicy cheeseburger—crispy bacon, seasoned beef, melty cheese, and tangy sauce—then wraps it in a giant tortilla for a handheld feast!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • ¼ cup burger sauce (mix mayo, ketchup, and mustard)

Instructions

  • Cook the beef: In a pan over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Assemble the burritos: Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle some cheese in the center. Add a portion of ground beef, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and onions. Drizzle with burger sauce.
  • Wrap it up: Fold the sides in, then roll tightly like a burrito.
  • Toast it: Heat a pan over medium heat and toast the burrito for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with fries or a side of dipping sauce!

Notes

  • Add jalapeños for a spicy kick!
  • Swap ground beef for turkey for a leaner version.
  • Try a drizzle of BBQ sauce for extra flavor.
