Ingredients
1 ½ cups classic hummus (store-bought or homemade)
½ cup roasted red pepper hummus
½ cup black or kalamata olives
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, sliced
2 carrots, cut into sticks
1 bell pepper, sliced
½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Fresh parsley for garnish
Pita chips or naan bread for serving
Instructions
1. Spread the classic and red pepper hummus onto a large serving platter in separate sections or swirled together.
2. Arrange the cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, and olives in groups around the hummus.
3. Sprinkle crumbled feta and chopped parsley over the hummus.
4. Place pita chips or sliced naan bread around the edge or in a bowl beside the platter.
