This Iced Blueberry Cheesecake Latte blends rich espresso, creamy cheesecake flavors, and fresh blueberry syrup into a refreshing and indulgent iced drink perfect for any time.
Ingredients
1/2 cup strong brewed espresso or 2 shots espresso
1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons blueberry syrup or blueberry puree
1 tablespoon simple syrup or sweetener (adjust to taste)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: whipped cream and fresh blueberries for garnish
Instructions
1. In a blender, combine cream cheese, milk, blueberry syrup, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth.
2. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour brewed espresso over ice.
4. Slowly pour the blended blueberry cheesecake mixture over the espresso.
5. Stir gently to combine.
6. Top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries if desired.
7. Serve immediately.
Notes
