1 cup of sugar-free chocolate chips
½ cup of nut butter
⅓ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup of coconut oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sugar-free chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Stir in the nut butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Spoon the chocolate mixture into silicone molds or a mini muffin tin lined with paper liners to cover the bottom.
Add fillings such as chopped nuts or dried fruits into the molds.
Pour more chocolate over fillings until the molds are filled. Smooth out the surface with a spatula.
Place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes until the chocolate is set.
