1 cup of long-grain white rice
1 ¾ cups chicken broth
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
