1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup of pickles, sliced
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of Thousand Island dressing
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef (or turkey), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
While the meat is cooking, chop your romaine lettuce and slice cherry tomatoes, pickles, and red onion.
