Ingredients
Scale
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, or fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula.
Cook until the beef is browned, around 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat and return the skillet to the heat.
Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir it all together for about 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and gooey.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface, making sure to pinch any seams together to create one large rectangle.
Spread the cheesy beef mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Starting from one edge, carefully roll the dough up tightly into a log shape. Pinch the edges to seal.
Slice the log into 12 equal pieces and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Brush the melted butter over the rollups, making sure to coat them well.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and crispy.
