1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch seams closed.
Scoop a tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture onto each piece of dough and add more cheddar cheese on top.
Fold the dough over the filling, seal tightly, and roll into a ball.
Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese; brush on top of the bombs.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
