  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and pinch seams closed.
  • Scoop a tablespoon of the cheeseburger mixture onto each piece of dough and add more cheddar cheese on top.
  • Fold the dough over the filling, seal tightly, and roll into a ball.
  • Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese; brush on top of the bombs.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
