8 oz fettuccine pasta
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper and cook until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the pan and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
