Instructions

  • Scoop & chill: Scoop small bite-sized balls onto a tray. Chill in the freezer for 30–45 minutes until firm.

  • Make crunch coating: Mix crushed graham crackers, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and melted butter in a bowl.

  • Coat the bites: Roll each cheesecake ball in the strawberry crunch mixture until evenly coated.

  • Serve or store: Keep chilled until ready to serve.
