2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1–2 jalapenos, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
1 egg, beaten
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar until well combined.
Add in the Greek yogurt and mix until it starts to come together.
Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and the finely chopped jalapenos.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface, divide it into 6 equal pieces, and shape them into bagels.
Place the shaped bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
