Ingredients
- 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or pork rinds (for topping)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
2️⃣ Mix the Base – In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded chicken, jalapeños, half the cheddar cheese, and mozzarella.
3️⃣ Assemble – Spread the mixture into the casserole dish, then top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
