  • 1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers or pork rinds (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a casserole dish.
2️⃣ Mix the Base – In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in shredded chicken, jalapeños, half the cheddar cheese, and mozzarella.
3️⃣ Assemble – Spread the mixture into the casserole dish, then top with the remaining cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
4️⃣ Crunchy Topping – Mix melted butter with crushed crackers (or pork rinds) and sprinkle over the top.
