Garlic: 4 cloves
minced
Heavy Cream: 1 cup
Butter: 4 tablespoons
Fresh Parsley: 2 tablespoons

Salt and Pepper: to taste
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest on a plate.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, allowing it to simmer until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, coating them with the garlic cream sauce.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
