  • Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Stir in the marinade and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a separate skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add carrots and zucchini, cooking for 2-3 minutes. Stir in spinach and season with salt, cooking until wilted.
