Ingredients

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the butter sauce: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Brush lobster: Generously coat lobster meat with the lemon butter.

Grill: Place tails flesh-side down for 5 minutes, flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, basting with more butter.
