Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Add cooked pasta and chicken, tossing to coat.
