- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sauté in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Add cooked pasta and chicken, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
