- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from pan.
