Instructions

Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Prepare the crust: In a bowl, combine flour and sugar. Stir in melted butter until a crumbly dough forms. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and bake for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.

Make the filling: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, zest, flour, and baking powder. Gently fold in raspberries.

Bake the bars: Pour the filling over the baked crust and bake for 18–20 minutes until the filling is set and slightly golden on top.

Cool and serve: Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
