Description

This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta combines all the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with creamy, cheesy pasta for a mouthwatering meal the whole family will love!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, remove and crumble.
  • In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, beef broth, and heavy cream; simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add pasta, bacon, and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  • Garnish with chopped pickles if desired. Serve hot!

Notes

  • Swap ground beef for ground turkey for a leaner version.
  • Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy kick.
  • Add a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess.
