This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta combines all the flavors of a classic bacon cheeseburger with creamy, cheesy pasta for a mouthwatering meal the whole family will love!

- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped pickles (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy, remove and crumble.
- In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic, then add ground beef, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, beef broth, and heavy cream; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add pasta, bacon, and cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped pickles if desired. Serve hot!

- Swap ground beef for ground turkey for a leaner version.
- Use pepper jack cheese for a spicy kick.
- Add a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess.
