- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 2 cups cooked pulled pork (or shredded chicken)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked bacon bits
- ½ cup diced red onion
- ½ cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup sour cream (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots according to package instructions until crispy.
- In a bowl, mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
- Once tots are crispy, spread them out on a large baking sheet or cast-iron skillet.
- Layer with pulled pork, cheese, bacon, red onions, and jalapeños.
- Return to oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, top with green onions and sour cream. Serve hot!

- Swap pulled pork for ground beef or shredded chicken.
- Add black beans or corn for extra texture.
