  • 4 large bell peppers (halved and seeds removed)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

1️⃣ Preheat Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C). Arrange bell peppers in a baking dish, cut side up.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned.

3️⃣ Season & Mix – Stir in Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and cream cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

4️⃣ Stuff the Peppers – Spoon the beef mixture into each bell pepper half, pressing down slightly. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
