  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
