Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped

1 cup chicken broth

¾ cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Season and sear: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.

Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes for 1 minute. Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Creamy blend: Stir in cream, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.

Return chicken: Place chicken back in the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until cooked through.
