A rich and creamy salmon dish with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and a luscious parmesan sauce—so delicious, it just might lead to a proposal!
Ingredients

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Sear the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then sear for 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, parmesan, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir until creamy.
- Simmer & Serve: Return salmon to the pan, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 2 minutes. Garnish with basil and enjoy!
Notes
- Serve with pasta, rice, or roasted veggies.
- For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the sauce.
