Ingredients
For the meatloaf:

1 lb ground beef

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

½ cup milk

½ onion, finely chopped

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste
For the glaze:

¼ cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients and mix until just combined.

Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.

In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard.
