  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

  • Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
  • Add the ground beef to the pan in a single layer and let it brown on one side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Break up the beef and cook until browned and no longer pink. Drain excess fat if needed.
