1 cup whipped topping plus more for garnish


Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well until the crumbs are evenly coated.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins or cupcake liners to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, lime zest, and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined.
