Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling come together in charming little cups. These no-bake mini tiramisu cups are the ultimate dessert for coffee and dessert lovers alike!
Ingredients

12–15 ladyfingers (savoiardi), broken into pieces

1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee (cooled)

1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

1 cup mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions

Make the filling: In a bowl, beat mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

Prepare coffee soak: Mix espresso with coffee liqueur (if using). Quickly dip ladyfinger pieces in the coffee (don’t soak too long).

Layer the cups: In small serving cups, alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. Repeat for 2–3 layers.

Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
