Description

Layers of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone filling come together in charming little cups. These no-bake mini tiramisu cups are the ultimate dessert for coffee and dessert lovers alike!


Ingredients

  • 1215 ladyfingers (savoiardi), broken into pieces

  • 1 cup strong brewed espresso or coffee (cooled)

  • 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

  1. Make the filling: In a bowl, beat mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Prepare coffee soak: Mix espresso with coffee liqueur (if using). Quickly dip ladyfinger pieces in the coffee (don’t soak too long).

  3. Layer the cups: In small serving cups, alternate layers of soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream. Repeat for 2–3 layers.

  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

  • For a kid-friendly version, skip the liqueur.

  • Best served chilled, and even better the next day!

  • Garnish with shaved chocolate or coffee beans for a café-style look.
