3 tablespoons coffee liqueur
1 cup heavy cream, chilled

24 ladyfinger cookies

Start off by brewing your coffee and letting it cool.
In a spacious mixing bowl, whip the chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In another bowl, whisk together the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
Mix the cooled coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow dish.
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in dessert cups.
Top with a layer of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat until the cups are filled.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
