Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- A few drops green food coloring (optional)
- ¾ cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and food coloring (if using) until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- In the last few minutes of churning, add chocolate chips.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Scoop and enjoy!

- Use mini chocolate chips for an even chocolate distribution.
- No ice cream maker? Freeze mixture in a shallow dish, stirring every 30 minutes until creamy.
