- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked spaghetti, chicken, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers in a baking dish.
- Pour the creamy mixture over and stir to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
