Tender, bite-sized salmon pieces coated in a sticky, sweet, and savory honey garlic glaze—this easy dish is packed with flavor and perfect for a quick meal or appetizer!
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sesame seeds & green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and sear for 2 minutes per side.
Add butter and pour in the honey garlic sauce. Toss to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the salmon is caramelized.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve over rice, noodles, or as a delicious appetizer!
Notes
Use skinless salmon for easier cooking.
Want extra crispiness? Lightly coat the salmon in cornstarch before frying.
Adjust spice levels by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
