Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sesame seeds & green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add salmon cubes and sear for 2 minutes per side.
3️⃣ Add butter and pour in the honey garlic sauce. Toss to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the salmon is caramelized.
4️⃣ Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
5️⃣ Serve over rice, noodles, or as a delicious appetizer!
