2 boneless chicken breasts

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 cup chicken broth

3/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried Italian seasoning

1/3 cup grated Parmesan

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (or 1 tsp dried)
Instructions

Sear chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium heat until golden and cooked through (6–7 mins per side). Remove and set aside.

Make sauce: In the same pan, add chicken broth, cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Simmer 3–4 minutes until thickened.

Add cheese & basil: Stir in mozzarella and basil until melted and smooth.

Return chicken: Place chicken back into the sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot.
