- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
- 8 mozzarella cubes
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat & Prepare Dough: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten biscuit dough rounds.
- Stuff & Seal: Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each round, wrap dough around, and seal tightly.
- Season & Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush over bites, then sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce.
