Description

Crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside—these mozzarella-stuffed bites are packed with rosemary and parmesan flavor, making them the perfect appetizer or snack!


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 8 mozzarella cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat & Prepare Dough: Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten biscuit dough rounds.
  • Stuff & Seal: Place a mozzarella cube in the center of each round, wrap dough around, and seal tightly.
  • Season & Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Brush over bites, then sprinkle with parmesan. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce.
