3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can white frosting

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
- Once cooled, frost the cupcakes with white frosting to create a mummy effect.
- Place two chocolate chips on each cupcake for the eyes, and use black icing to add detailing for a spooky look.
