4–5 medium ripe nectarines (about 4 cups, sliced)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ cup brown sugar (packed)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
Pinch of salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines with lemon juice, ¼ cup of brown sugar, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon. Gently toss until well-coated.
In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, remaining ¼ cup of brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, and a pinch of salt until crumbly.
