1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

pinch of salt

1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup brown sugar packed

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup cold unsalted butter cubed


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced nectarines, granulated sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the nectarines to a greased baking dish.
