½ cup condensed milk

Instructions
- Blend pistachio nuts in a food processor until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pistachios, Half and Half, cottage cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, process it in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve or refreeze for a firmer texture.
Notes
