Savor the holiday with No-Bake Gingerbread Tiramisu in a glass, featuring 5 layers of deliciousness. Perfect for your festive gatherings!
Ingredients
Scale
2 cups of gingerbread cookies (crumbled)
1 cup of brewed coffee (cooled)
1 cup of mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 cup of grated dark chocolate or cocoa powder
Crushed gingerbread cookies (for garnish)
A sprinkle of cinnamon (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the coffee by brewing your favorite coffee and letting it cool down completely.
Crush the gingerbread cookies in a zip-lock bag using a rolling pin or your hands until you have a crumbly texture.
In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract while continuing to whip until you reach stiff peaks.
Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese into the whipped cream using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
Begin layering in your glasses by drizzling a spoonful of coffee on the bottom followed by a layer of crushed gingerbread cookie crumbs.
Spoon in a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies, smoothing it out to create an even layer.
Repeat the layers of cookie crumbs and cream filling until you reach the top of the glass, finishing with grated chocolate or cocoa powder.
Cover the glasses with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight for better flavor.
