Description

This No Bake S’mores Icebox Cake layers graham crackers, chocolate pudding, marshmallow cream, and whipped cream for a rich and easy summer dessert.


Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 package (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff or cream

1 package (14 oz) graham crackers

1 cup mini marshmallows

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Optional: chocolate shavings or crushed graham crackers for topping


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

2. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk; let set for 5 minutes.

3. Fold pudding mixture and marshmallow fluff into whipped cream gently.

4. Spread a thin layer of the mixture at the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.

5. Layer graham crackers over the mixture.

6. Spread half of the remaining pudding mixture over crackers.

7. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips evenly.

8. Repeat layers: graham crackers, pudding mixture, marshmallows, and chocolate chips.

9. Finish with a top layer of pudding mixture.

10. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

11. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or crushed graham crackers.

Notes

Use fresh marshmallow fluff for best texture.

Let the cake chill overnight for best flavor and set.
