Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups: Irresistible Dessert Delight
These Oreo Cheesecake Cookie Cups combine the best of two worlds—chewy Oreo-studded cookies and creamy cheesecake filling—all in one perfectly portioned treat. Ideal for parties or late-night cravings, they’re as easy as they are irresistible!

Ingredients

Scale

Cookie Base:

  • 1 package (16 oz) Oreo cookie dough or chocolate chip cookie dough with crushed Oreos

  • 12 whole Oreos (for the bottom layer)

Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Topping (optional):

  • Crushed Oreos

  • Whipped cream or melted chocolate drizzle

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

  • Place one whole Oreo into the bottom of each muffin cup.

  • Press cookie dough over each Oreo to form a cup shape.

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla, mixing until creamy.

  • Spoon cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough layers, filling each cup nearly to the top.

  • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the centers are set and tops are lightly golden.

  • Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Top with crushed Oreos or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Let cookie cups chill completely for easy removal and best texture.

  • Swap in different flavored Oreos for fun variations (e.g., mint, golden).

  • Great for make-ahead desserts—store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
