½ cup sour cream
1 cup heavy cream

4 crushed Oreo cookies (for filling)
2 Oreos (crushed)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix well.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the melted chocolate chips and the 4 crushed Oreo cookies for added texture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
