Simple no-bake truffles combining crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, dipped in melted chocolate for a rich, indulgent treat.
Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies (about 1 package)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
Optional: sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish
Instructions
1. Crush Oreo cookies finely using a food processor or by hand.
2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Freeze balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely.
7. Place coated truffles back on parchment and garnish if desired.
8. Refrigerate until chocolate sets, about 1 hour.
9. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the fridge.
