Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (100% juice, no added sugar)
  • 1 cup orange juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Orange slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups club soda or ginger ale
  • Apple slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks for stirring
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup passion fruit juice
  • 1 cup soda water
  • Pineapple wedges and fresh mint for garnish

  • Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the cranberry juice and orange juice. Stir gently to mix.
  • Right before serving, pour in the sparkling water to keep that bubbly freshness.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries, an orange slice, and a sprig of mint if desired.
  • In a large pot, heat the apple cider over medium heat. Stir in the ground cinnamon and nutmeg, allowing it to warm up without boiling.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Strain if you'd like a smooth cider, or leave as is for a rustic feel.
  • In a glass, add ice, then pour in the spiced apple cider until the glass is three-quarters full. Top with club soda or ginger ale.
  • Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for that perfect holiday touch.
  • In a large pitcher, combine all the juices—pineapple, coconut water, and passion fruit. Stir well.
  • Just before serving, add the soda water for that fizz. Mix gently.
  • Serve in tall glasses filled with ice. Add pineapple wedges and a sprig of mint for garnish.
