1 lb (450g) ground beef
2 cups fresh Thai basil leaves
4 cloves garlic, minced
2–3 Thai bird's eye chilies, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Prepare the Ingredients: Start by chopping your veggies and mincing the garlic and chilies.
Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
