Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe peaches, sliced

¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Season chicken: Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Grill chicken: Heat olive oil in a grill pan over medium heat. Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, until fully cooked.

Make sauce: In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and peaches. Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes, until peaches are softened and sauce has thickened.

Finish & serve: Stir in chopped basil. Spoon peach balsamic sauce over the grilled chicken. Garnish with additional basil if desired.
